Removed #1 cylinder spark plug and it is fuel saturated. Compression test revealed only 70 PSI on cylinder 1. Inspected valve movement with boroscope and found exhaust valve starts to open when turning engine over by hand, but then lifter bleeds off pressure and valve starts to close with engine stationary. Suspect failed lifter solenoid.
