P0420 – Catalyst efficiency Bank 1 P0430 – Catalyst efficiency Bank 2 P1279 – Air fuel sensor B1S1 lean to rich P1288 – Air Fuel sensor B2S1 P1289 – Air Fuel sensor B2S1 Found both monitored catalytic converters are hollow. Both upstream and downstream air fuel ratio sensors have extenders on them. Rear catalytic converters are about 50% plugged. Will need to replace catalytic converters.

Found engine oil very dirty and engine appears to have sludge buildup internally. Common for buildup to plug pcv system passages and drain parts within the valve covers. Will need to remove valve covers and likely replace them. Recommend draining oil and filling with a 50/50 mix of oil and ATF to flush system prior to valve cover replacement. Then drain oil again and replace components.
Remove lower oil pan and inspect for sludge

Flush oiling system by draining oil filling with a mixture of ATF and engine oil, run for a few minutes, drain, and re-fill with clean oil

P1574 – Automatic speed control device vehicle speed sensor Found alternator intermittently not charging. When this happens, PCM starts cutting non-essential components to get vehicle off of road. Alternator needs replacement. Recommend belt at this time. Battery was too low to start vehicle, had to jump start. After charging, battery still testing at 58% capacity. Recommend replacing battery as well as battery terminal ends. Replaced alternator and test drove vehicle another fifteen miles. Had no issues after alternator replacement at this time. No codes have returned after battery was disconnected.

Power steering hose at bottom of reservoir leaking. Oil pan very rusted and seeping. Majority of oil leak coming from rear main seal.
P0300 – misfire detected P0328 – Knock sensor 1 circuit high bank 1 Performed balance test and showed no change in RPM when commanding cylinder 6 off. Cylinder 6 around 125 PSI compression. Suspect bad injector at cylinder 6. Cooling fan very cracked. Recommend replacement before it breaks.

Air bag light on upon arrival. Rear brake pads at 2mm, front brake pads at 6mm. Oil filter adapter seal leaking. Differential fluids relatively clean at this time. Transfer case fluid starting to get dirty. Air filter getting dirty. Spark plugs getting worn, no misfire at this time. Battery tested good. Tires at 11/32 all around.

Found engine is underpowered and backfiring under load. Seems worse when warm. Found excessive back pressure in front of rear right catalytic converter. Rear left had some pressure but is still in specification. Removed rear converters and found right side is totally plugged. Left side still appears okay. Recommend replacing right rear catalytic converter.
