- P0411 – Secondary air injection system incorrect flow. Verified voltage at pump and AIR solenoid. Both withing spec. Found secondary air tube ports totally clogged with carbon at head. Exhaust manifold is cracked. Recommend replacing exhaust manifold and cleaning air tube ports.
