  • P0411 – Secondary air injection system incorrect flow. Verified voltage at pump and AIR solenoid. Both withing spec. Found secondary air tube ports totally clogged with carbon at head. Exhaust manifold is cracked. Recommend replacing exhaust manifold and cleaning air tube ports.

  • P0496 – High purge flow Found purge valve stuck open. Recommend replacing purge valve. Could also be contributing to starting issue after re-fueling.
  • Check Starter Operation. Customer states starter motor will not disengage after re-fueling vehicle.
  • Found no issues with headlight connector. Suspect headlight bulb getting contaminated causing bulb to blow.
  • EVAPORATIVE CANISTER PURGE SOLENOID – Remove & Replace

  • Front stabilizer bar links are loose causing clunk. All lugs tight on arrival. Left rear tire has a broken stud and tire is facing the wrong direction. Right rear tire is correct size to vehicle, all other tires are after market size. Radiator leaking, both axle seals leaking. Resonator exhaust flange is broken and held together with a C-clamp. Right front rotor is very worn, getting close to veins on inside surface. Recommend replacing front pads and rotors as well as replacing tires to all matching tread and size.
